Launch OBD II tool or scanning tool is used to complete this procedure.

Mercedes Benz Service Reset S-Class

1.Connect “VCI” to “OBD” port on your Mercedese.

2.Open Scanplus app.

3.Select “RESET”.

4.Select “OIL RESET” and PRESS “OK”.

5.Select “MERCEDES BENZ”.

6.Info -Switch On Ignition tab opens click “OK”.

7.Info – VIN – XXXXXXXX tab opens click “OK”

8.Select “PASSANGER CAR”.

9.Select “SOFTARE RESET”.

10.Click “AUTOMATIC SCAN”.

11. “VINCODE” tab opens click “OK”

12.Info tab opens click “OK”.

13.Select “Confirmation Of General Maintenance”.

14.Actuation tab opens click “NEXT”.

15.Select 229.3 for 12000KM or 229.5 for 16000 KM.

16.Actuation tab opens click “OK”.

17.Confirmation page open click “NEXT” AND “OK”.

Oil reset proceduer is completed.By following these step you can perform service reset in Mercedes S-Class.

2013-2021 Mercedes S-Class Engine Oil Viscosity And Capacity

AMG S-63 and S-63 4MATIC -Approximately 8.9 quants (8.5 liters) of 0W-40 or 5W-40 grade oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.

AMG S-65 – Approximately 11 quants (10.5 liters) of 0W-40 or 5W-40 grade oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.

Maybach S-400 – Approximately 6.8 quants (6.5 liters) of 0W-40 or 5W-40 grade oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.

Maybach S-500 and S-500 4MATIC- Approximately 8.4 quants (8 liters) of 0W-40 or 5W-40 grade oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.
