2.Press Menu button until REMAINING OIL LIFE shows on the vehicle instrument cluster display.

3.Next press and hold SET/CLR while oil life display is active to reset OIL LIFE to 100%.

1.Press engine start/stop button on your Trax to turn ignition ON.

2.Press MENU button to select VEHICLE on instrument cluster display.

3.Use thumbwheel to scroll up/down until REMAINING OIL LIFE XX% shows on instrument cluster display.

4.Next press SET/CLR button on the lever ARE YOU SURE THAT YOU WANT TO RESET ? displays on instrument cluster.

5.Use thumbwheel and scroll to YES.

6.Now press and hold SET/CLR button until REMAINING OIL LIFE 100% shows on instrument cluster display.

Chevrolet 1.8L L4 Engine requires approximately 4.8 quarts (4.5 liters) of 5W-30 grade oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.

2022-2023 Chevrolet Trax Engine Oil Capacity And Oil Grade

Chevrolet Trax 1.4L L4 Engine requires approximately 4.2 quarts (4.0 liters) of 0W-20 grade oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.
