How To Reset Dodge Avenger Oil Change Light 2008-2014

1.Turn Ignition to ON/RUN position.Ignition ON do not start the engine.

2.Fully depress the accelerator or gas pedal 3 time slowly within 10 seconds.

3.Turn Ignition to LOCK position.

2.4L Engine – Approximately 4.5 quarts (4.26 liters) of 5W-20 grade oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.

2.7L Engine – Approximately 5.5 quarts (5.2 liters) of 5W-20 grade oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.

3.5L Engine – Approximately 5.5 quarts (5.2 liters) of 10W-30 grade oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.

2011-2014 Dodge Avenger Engine Oil Capacity And Oil Type

2.4L Engine -Approximately 4.5 quarts (4.26 liters) of 5W-20 grade oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.

3.6L Engine – Approximately 6 quarts (5.6 liters) of 5W-20 grade oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.
