Oil Change Light Reset Chrysler 200:Quick and easy tutorial on how to reset oil light on Chrysler 200 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015.If reset is not done the oil monitoring system is unable to detect properly when next oil change is due.To reset the oil change indicator system perform the following procedure after performing the scheduled maintenance.

2011-2014 Chrysler 200 Oil Maintenance Required Reset

1.Turn ignition switch to “ON” position “TWO”.

2.Ignition “ON” engine “OFF”.

3.Fully depress the gas or accelerator pedal slowly “THREE” times within “TEN” seconds.

4.Next turn ignition switch to “LOCK” position.

2105 Chrysler 200 Oil Change Light Reset

1.PRESS Engine Start/Stop button to “ON/RUN” position without pressing brake pedal.

2.Ignition “ON” engine “OFF”.Do not start the engine.

3.Fully depress the accelerator pedal “THREE” times slowly within “TEN” seconds.

4.Next PRESS Engine Start/Stop button “ONCE” to return to “LOCK/OFF” position without pressing brake pedal.

2011-2015 Chrysler 200 Engine Oil Capacity And Oil Type

2.4L Engine – Approximately 4.5 quarts (4.4 liters) of 5W-20 grade oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.

3.6L Engine – Approximately 6 quarts (5.6 liters) of 5W-30 grade oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.
