Mercedes B-Class Service Reset Oil Reset:Quick and easy tutorial on how to service reset Mercedes B180 CDI .If oil reset is not done system will not track when you car next oil change is due.You can do it by yourself following this step by step guide without any tools.
How To Reset Service Reminder Mercedes B-Class B180 Oil Reset
1.Insert key and switch ignition “ON” and wait till ‘AIRBAG” goes “OFF”.
2.PRESS “CALL” button on right side of steering wheel and “OK” button on left side of steering wheel together for “FIVE SECONDS”.
3.You will see “ASSYST PLUS” on cluster meter.
4.Scroll down to “ASSYST PLUS” with arrow button on left side of steering wheel.
5.PRESS “OK” button on left side of steering wheel.
6.You will see “FULL SERVICE” on cluster meter scroll down to “FULL SERVICE” and PRESS “OK” on left side of steering wheel.
7.You will see “Conf.full serv” on cluster meter scroll down to “Conf.full serv” and PRESS “OK” on left side of steering wheel.
8.On cluster meter you will see “Oil grade 229.31 Service carried out ?” scroll to “YES” and PRESS “OK” on steering wheel.
9.On cluster meter you will see “CANNOT BE UNDONE”.
10.Scroll down to “CONFIRM” and PRESS “OK” on left side of steering wheel.
11.Full service completed will display on cluster meter.
Switch ignition wait for few second and start the engine to confirm. If reset is not successful follow the steps and perform reset one more time.
