How To Reset Oil Service Light On Audi Q5 2010

Audi Q5 Service Reset:In this tutorial I will expalin how to reset service now warning light on Audi Q5.When Service due warning light begin to display in cluster meter screen.You need to change engine oil and perform the reset.If reset is not performed system will not detect when next oil change is due.

Audi Q5 Oil Light Reset On 2010 Model

1.Ignition “ON” and engine “OFF”.

2.Go to music system consol and PRESS the “CAR” button.

3.Option open in central consol screen.

4.With help of “BIG ROUND KNOB” on music system consol.

5.Scroll down to “SERVICE INTERVAL” display on center consol screen.

6.Now PRESS the “KNOB” to enter.

7.Again scroll down with “KNOB” to “RESET OIL CHANGE INTERVAL”.

8.Again PRESS the “KNOB”.

9. “DO YOU REALLY WANT TO RESET THE OIL CHANGE INTERVAL ?” will display in central consol screen.

10.Scroll to “YES” and PRESS the “KNOB”.

11. “THE OIL CHANGE INTERVAL IS BEING RESET.”…will display in central consol screen.

Service reset process has been completed now start the car you will find service now warning light has disappear from cluster meter screen.

2010 Audi Q5 Engine Oil Capacity And Type

2.0L Engine – Approximately 4.9 quarts (4.6 liters) of 5W-30 or 0W-30 grade oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.

3.0L Engine – Approximately 6.8 quarts (6.4 liters) of 5W-30 grade oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.

3.2L Engine – Approximately 6.6 quarts (6.2 liters) of 5W-30 or OW-30 grade oil when engine oil and oil filter changed.
